The hotel is in the perfect location for tourists! It's only a few minutes away from the Kittery Outlets as well as other shopping centers. The restaurant (The Roundabout Diner) was awesome, and a pleasant surprise since we didn't know there would be a restaurant attached to the hotel. My friends and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The Best Western Manager provided us with good travel tips. You could tell he was proud of his facility and the City of Portsmouth. Really appreciated the free parking -- a pretty rare thing for New England hotels/motels.

Free parking, very handy to the highway. Central location to downtown and the malls, strip malls, restaurants. Always clean and comfortable

The food at the restaurant next door was excellent, but I was thinking that there was a continental breakfast included.

This was very convenient to the expressway. The room was very clean, and so quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower was big! The pool was very nice. the people were very helpful and friendly. the Restaurant next door was convenient and priced reasonably. they held our luggage since we arrive too early.

We needed lodging due to a blizzard and loss of heat and power at home. The line for check in was incredibly long but the lone clerk stayed calm, friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, food was yummy.

Over all a pleasant stay. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the attached diner was very good.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Great access to I-95 highway -- ours was just an overnight stop on a driving trip North. Very clean.
